Migrating from Avid Everywhere

Sibelius Cloud services have been moved from their original home on the Avid Everywhere platform to a new infrastructure. This document will help you migrate your app from Avid Everywhere.

If you're new to Sibelius Cloud then you may ignore this section.

Changes

A summary of changes is provided below:

New API endpoints

Previously our APIs were served from everywhere.avid.com. They are now served from api.sibelius.avid.com.

New authentication mechanism

An API key was used previously to authenticate access to the APIs.

We have now adopted standard OAuth2 authentication.

New API design

Our latest APIs revisions provide much of the same workflows as before but are much expanded in terms of capability.
